ICAR Recommendations for Stress Resilience in Alpine Rescue

As the new year dawns, we have finalised the much anticipated recommendation on stress resilience. The topic has evolved significantly over time we have been working on it. We feel the language and understanding is now mature enough to publish with a short review period of 2 years. We need your feedback.
