Regulation for ICAR Event Participation of Non-Members

1. ICAR welcomes the participation of entities or experts who are not members of an ICAR Member-Organization (Non-Members) at its events (Congress and Practical Day). Their technical cooperation and know-how exchange are appreciated.
   
2. Non-Members may participate in the sessions and meetings of the Technical Commissions. They have an advisory role. The President of the Technical Commission decides about their admission.
   
   
3. All participants from all entities must pay the regular participation rate to the organizers of the event.
   
   
4. ICAR Partners are handled as described in their contract. Partners participation in the Practical Day is available for the basic fee.
   
   
5. Speakers and invited experts who are invited by ICAR or by a technical commission do not pay any extra fee.
   
   
6. Other Non-Members pay in addition to the regular participation rate a fixed fee of:
   
   - EUR 500 additional fixed fee for participation in the Congress
   - EUR 150 additional fixed fee for participation in the Practical Day
   
   The president of ICAR may void the fee for individual participants in the interest of ICAR.
