Help us develop a smarter app for altitude medicine!
We are medical informatics students at the Bern University of Applied Sciences. For our bachelor's thesis, we are developing a mobile app in collaboration with Michael Furian's Altitude Research Group at the University Hospital Zurich. The app will support mountaineers, hikers, and mountain tourists on their high-altitude tours and help reduce health risks.
In addition to the benefits individual users will experience, we want to make the collected data available to the scientific community for further research into high-altitude medicine on a voluntary, anonymized basis.
What is your opinion? Which data and functions would be helpful for users and could offer added value for research?
We would be very grateful if you could complete the survey: https://surveys.bfh.ch/high-altitude-app-survey. It takes about 10-12 minutes. All information is anonymous and voluntary.
You can find more information on our landing page: https://hamix.ws/en.
If you have any questions, please contact us at contact@hamix.ws.
Thank you very much for your support!
