Toni Grab's 80th birthday

The International Commission for Alpine Rescue extends its warmest congratulations in the name of thousands of mountain rescuers worldwide!

Toni Grab, our president from 2000 to 2010, celebrated his 80th birthday on 14 December this year.
Not only was he our president for over 10 years, he also spent many years working for Swiss Alpine Rescue as an avalanche dog handler and in other roles, helping people which need help in the mountains.

ICAR extends its warmest birthday wishes and hopes he enjoys many more years of good health.
