Since 1972, Woolpower has designed and manufactured high-performance merino wool garments in our own factory in Östersund, Sweden. Today, we are a leading supplier of base and mid-layer clothing systems to defence forces, law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and civil security organizations worldwide. Our garments are trusted by professionals who operate in the most demanding environments, where performance, comfort, and reliability are essential.

Our product range is built around four proprietary merino wool technologies: Ullfrotté Original, Mesh, LITE, and Single Jersey. Together, they provide complete clothing solutions for a wide range of climates, activity levels, and operational requirements.

Ullfrotté Original features a unique terry-knit construction with insulating loops that trap warm air while efficiently transporting moisture away from the skin. Mesh is engineered for high-intensity activities where maximum ventilation and moisture management are critical. LITE & Single Jersey offers a lightweight, soft, and versatile base layer with exceptional next-to-skin comfort, making it ideal for year-round use or as part of a layered clothing system.

All Woolpower materials are developed to maximize the natural benefits of fine merino wool—including insulation, temperature regulation, moisture management, and natural odour resistance—while strategically incorporating synthetic fibers to enhance durability and extend garment life.
