ICAR Recommendations for Stress Resilience in Alpine Rescue (ICAR Recommendation 0035)

The Medical Commission presents an update of the Recommendations for Stress Resilience in Alpine Rescue (issued in 2023)

These Recommendations reflect the consensus opinion of ICAR MEDCOM.

The Division into preparation phase, incident phase and post exposure phase remains the same.

We have added an infographic which includes all of the recommendations.

• This is designed as a more visual display adn can be used for display in rescue bases for example.
  Please feel free to distribute the infographic.
• Please also send the MEDCOM additional resources from your Organisations or Countries that you may use, which we would additionally like to link to the website or publish here.
