President of the Air Rescue Commission

Renaud Guillermet have been flying rescue helicopters since 1993.
For the last 20 years he has been a mountain rescue pilot for the french Sécurité Civile in the Alps.
He has been appointed as base manager in Grenoble / Alpe d'Huez. Since 2023 he is the chief flight instructor pilot for mountain rescue and still operate rescue missions in Annecy / Chamonix.
Involved in ICAR since 2015 as delegate from "Groupe Secours en Montagne - GSM (France)" , Renaud was vice president of the AIR rescue commission between 2018 and 2025. He also served as assessor within the ICAR board between 2021 and 2025.
