ICAR 2026 Non-Member Registration

Before you start your registration, please read the following information carefully:

This registration is only for participants who are not delegates of an ICAR member organization or partner organization. (If you are a delegate of an ICAR member organization or ICAR partner organization, please use the dedicated registration link that was sent directly to your organization.)

The final registration deadline for ICAR 2026 is the 13 September 2026.

To complete the registration and ensure a smooth hotel check-in process, the following personal information is required for each participant:

• Passport number
• Date of birth
• Nationality

Please prepare this information in advance, as the registration cannot be completed without it. This also applies to group bookings.

You can only register a group with the same billing address. If you wish to register participants with different billing addresses, please register them separately (either via another group registration or individual single registrations).
